What are business days?
Business days are Monday to Friday excluding any Bank holidays.
How do I know my package has shipped?
We send you an email on the day of dispatch with the tracking number. You can also log into your account and track your order from there.
Why are certain products unavailable to ship to Internationally?
Due to Brexit we are facing serious issue with being able to ship to certain countries. Keep on looking back we are constantly increasing the countries we deliver too!
Why is my tracking number not updating?
It can sometimes take up to 24hrs for the tracking to update.

What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us for a full refund with in 30 days of delivery. But, please do bear in mind we can only accept returns of items which are unopened and all seals are intact. We can only accept returns of open items if they are faulty and not as described.

Are your products authentic?
Yes all our products are 100% authentic are made to the highest quality possible. You can have a look at our Quality Assurance page for the quality level we produce and source our products.
Can I exchange my product for a different item?
Yes, as long as the pack is unopened and all seals are still intact, simply contact us via our contact us page and we will be more than happy to processes this for you.

Subscribe & Save is a great way to save time and money on the supplements you want every month (or as subscribed)
With complete flexibility and with ease to amend or cancel your subscription at anytime.
How doe's it work?
Choose Subscribe & Save when selecting your favourite products to get 10% off on every subscription.
You will receive your order every month (or as subscribed), hassle free and you can subscribe to up to 10 different products. Add to basket and checkout as usual, it’s as simple as that!
How frequently will I receive my product?
Depending on the product pack size you select to subscribe, you can receive them monthly, every month or every 2, 4, 8 or 12 months.
Can I use these in conjunction with other offers?
With Subscribe & Save you can enjoy a 10% discount on your first order and all subsequently. You can use your loyalty Reward points on your first subscription order, but all after deliveries will be at the normal price with 10% discount.
Unfortunately, you cannot use any other promotional codes or discounts with Subscribe & Save!
How do I amend or cancel my Subscription?
Log into your account, click on the Subscribe & Save section, in this area you can add or remove products, change your delivery date, update your address and credit card details or cancel your subscription in just a few clicks.
If for any reason you fail to pay your monthly payments for your subscription 2 times or more, we will automatically cancel your subscription.

Every time you shop on Nutrivity.co.uk with a registered account, we reward you with points which can be redeemed on future orders on our website. Reward points are automatically added with in 24hrs once your order is delivered.
The points can be redeemed online at any time to take money of your next purchase on Nutrivity.
How to Earn Reward Points?
You can earn reward points the in these simple ways:
- Create an account – 10 Points.
- Sign up to newsletter – 25 Points.
- Refer a friend – 20 Points. (Your friend get’s 10% discount on their first order)
Each 10 points = £1.00.
How can I redeem my earned points?
You can redeem your points on all future purchases. (Cannot be used in conjunction with special promotional offers).
You can redeem your points on the checkout page and basket. Simply click on the redeem option showing with your points and the points will give you the discount on your purchase.
Can I use my points with Subscribe & Save?
Yes, on your first subscription, all following subscriptions with be charged at the normal price.
On the checkout/basket page you can see how many points you have, and you can apply your points straight to your basket total.
How many friends can I refer to earn points?
You can refer as many friends as you like, but you will only get the points once they have made a purchase.
